Shielded Power Cable With Good Anti-Interference Performance
Hengxun shielded power cable can be customized with different structures according to your needs. The use of aluminum foil or braided shielding can meet your general needs of suppressing high and low frequency interference. If you have higher shielding performance requirements, don’t worry, we can also customize it for you, using a composite shielding layer, which can suppress high-frequency interference greater than 90dB, allowing your signal or power to be transmitted stably.

Shielded Power Cable With Stable Structure
By adding a special armor layer, our shielded power cable can withstand a pressure of 500kg/m2. In addition, the tinned copper braid layer is used, and the service life is more than 20 years even in a salt spray environment. At the same time, the shielding layer can also be grounded to release static electricity, further ensuring safety.
For high-frequency transmission, FEP insulation and silver-plated copper braided structure can be selected for anti-interference.
Aluminum foil shielding can achieve 100% coverage, low cost and suitable for high-frequency interference; braided shielding coverage is generally 80% to 95%, low-frequency shielding effect is average but mechanical strength is high.
For small area damage, conductive tape can be tightly wrapped to ensure communication with the original shielding layer. For large area damage, it is recommended to cut and redo the joint and use metal shielding joint.
