Raw Materials

Hengxun mainly uses the following raw materials: copper rods come from Jiangxi Copper, the largest copper company in Asia; plastics and rubber come from Borealis, PetroChina, Wanma, etc., all of which are domestic first-line brands. Hengxun also has own patented formula for insulating material manufacturing. At the same time, it implements a strict qualified supplier access system and periodic evaluation mechanism for purchased raw materials, carries out strategic cooperation with major suppliers, conducts joint research and development in the field of materials, and makes continuous progress.

Production Equipment

Since 2016, Hengxun has introduced 500 sets of advanced wire and cable equipment. It is equipped with a medium-voltage cross-linking production line with an online deflectometer imported from Europe, European irradiation platform, BTTZ production line, etc. Advanced equipment has better performance, higher efficiency, and more controllable quality. The MES system is used to track the status of the equipment in real time, and to formulate primary, secondary, and daily maintenance plans to ensure the stability of the production equipment.
