Stable And Safe High Voltage Cable
We supply you with cables for high voltage power grids with voltages greater than 35kv. The mainstream high voltage cable uses XLPE as the insulation layer, which can withstand high temperatures of 90 degrees. For ultra-high voltage cables, SF6 gas is used as the insulating medium. The excellent materials make our cables maintain stable performance even under ultra-high voltage conditions. Each of our cables will be strictly tested before leaving the factory, so please feel free to choose.
High Voltage Cable With Long Service Life
Even if you use it at the seaside, our high voltage cable has a long service life. We innovatively use split copper conductors, XLPE insulation, corrugated aluminum sheaths and PE outer sheaths and add longitudinal water-blocking layers. In addition, we also use anti-ultraviolet agents in the sheaths and use coated steel wire armor to extend the service life of our high voltage cable to 40 years, greatly reducing the failure rate.
From the perspective of cost, HDPE sheath will be higher, but HDPE has stronger corrosion resistance than PVC sheath, so HDPE sheath is generally recommended if it is in the sea or chemical zone.
Of course, for safety, our high voltage cable will be designed for lightning protection, and will undergo lightning impulse withstand voltage test before leaving the factory.
Using annealed copper conductors in high voltage cables can improve conductivity and reduce line damage.
