Our rubber-sheathed cables use compounds such as EPDM and chlorosulfonated polyethylene or are cross-linked through a vulcanization process to make insulation and sheaths. By adding various additives such as fillers, vulcanizers, antioxidants, etc. to the insulation and sheath materials, our cables can have different properties such as wear resistance, UV resistance, and waterproofness to meet your diverse needs for rubber-sheathed cables.
Guarantee of Safety and Quality
In addition to testing the conductor resistance, we will conduct a series of other rigorous tests on your rubber-sheathed cable before it leaves the factory to ensure its safety and quality.
Before delivering it to you, we will use DC high voltage to perform a withstand voltage test on the rubber cable. This step can effectively test the performance of our cable insulation and sheath, and ensure your safety in use.
We will perform tensile tests on the rubber cable insulation and sheath to ensure its mechanical strength and aging resistance, and ensure that you will not be at risk of breakage due to insufficient toughness of the wire during use.
First, consider the power, voltage and current of the equipment to determine the conductor cross-sectional area and rated voltage of the cable; second, consider the laying method and usage scenario to select the appropriate cable structure and number of cores.
You can use guide wheels or slide rails to reduce drag friction, and pay attention to scratches caused by sharp objects on the ground.
It is recommended that the bending radius during installation is greater than or equal to 5 times the cable diameter.
